Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Plain-English terms for the Think Puzzle app and this website, provided by Haro LLC ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to what's below.

The app is provided as-is

We work hard to make Think Puzzle enjoyable and reliable, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or that it will meet every expectation. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or site.

Purchases

  • The Daily Four is free. Campaign packs and Think Puzzle Pro are one-time purchases (non-consumable) sold through Apple's App Store.
  • All billing, refunds, and receipts are handled by Apple under the terms of your Apple account. Refund requests go through Apple, not us.
  • "Pay once" means what it says: purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew.
  • Purchased content unlocks on devices signed in to the Apple Account used to buy it. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings if something doesn't appear.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law. The app, its puzzles, artwork, and name are the property of Haro LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark.

The website

This site is for information and support. The contact form is for genuine questions and feedback; please don't use it to send spam or abusive content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Haro LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
